there are no non-sugical breast augmentation methods. You will need either breast implants or fat transfer in order to get augmentation. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

If done in a sterile manner, it is probably safe, but probably not very effective. Lot of things have been injected into breasts over the years, but breast implants are still the safest and most reliable way to enhance your breasts. Fat transfers can be safely done too, but are more limited in the amount gained.
