Is it possible to remove the moles on my lip? (photo)

I've got a large mole on my lip since childhood. I hate it and really want to remove it. Is it possible to remove it without much complication? And also I am worried about scarring or possible nerve damage. And there's also a smaller dark mole on the bottom lip. I have attached photo. Any advice would be really appreciated

The mole on you upper lip appears raised.  Raised moles can normally be shaved off leaving a minimal scar.  The darker mole on your lower lip appears flat.  This would most likely need to be excised, but could still be done with minimal scarring.  In both instances, any scar should be less noticeable than the moles themselves.

Yes, this can be removed. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Get those ugly moles removed !  They are easily excised under local and the resulting mark is minimal and fades nicely with time.
