Hi, I have a very deep and distinct supra alar crease, specially visible from the profile. Is it possible to get this "removed" or totally reduced in visibility during a rhinoplasty? One surgeon mentioned this is not possible to "change" this as it's genetics? Is this correct? (Please find attached photo). Thanks in advance!

Final rhinoplasty outcomes depends on many factors. Most of those factors come into play as you heal. The final outcomeis achieved in about 18 months. Taping etc does not change anything. If you think your nose is too petite it will not get larger.
