Its very common for one side to heal more quickly than the other.  It can be related to bruising and how one sleeps at night.  This should improve over the next few months.  If the asymmetry persists you may need a touch up but it won’t be a big deal. Best of luck!

Quite correct, you would be a good candidate for a posterior approach procedure. This is usually quite predictable for a minor ptosis and should not give rise any complications.

Ptosis surgery has inherent risk of asymmetry. It is best to wait 3 months after surgery and then communicate again with your surgeon. Revision ptosis surgery may be considered at that time.
