I'm very distressed about my total lack of chin-neck angle. It looks as if I don't have a lower jaw whatsoever, although I look normal from the front. I believe it is hereditary because my mother also has it. I believe I could possibly have a low hyoid bone, and I know there is no way to correct this, but, going by this photo, do I have any options to salvage even a slight angle? I'm 26 years old, not overweight, but fairly high body fat percentage. Thanks
