I have recently noticed that my nose has become more bulbus and deviated at some time in the past, around 6-7 years ago and am now 41. I've read that skin can thicken and the tip of the nose droop as you age, however I'm wondering if some of the change is swelling rather than thickening especially around the alar and around the nostrils. I have no other nasal problems although I do have visible pores on and around the nose. What should be my first call to restore my nose, if possible?
