I know Dr's say it takes about a year to see the actual results of a rhino but I feel as if my swelling is somewhat gone (on my bridge) except my tip is still hard. Does that mean it's still swollen? My DR told me to tape my nose for the first month to bring the swelling down. Would it make a difference if I started taping it again because I do feel as if my tip is fat/swollen and I don't want it to stay that way. Will taping change the shape/bring down the swelling 5 months after surgery? Thanks

Hello,It is very difficult to tell you 100% whether you have damage or not. I would advise to get a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to take all of the tests necessary. All the best, Deepak Dugar, MDScarless Rhinoplasty ExpertBeverly Hills, CA 90210
