If you are very concerned and are in discomfort/ have limited breathing abilities since the incident, I suggest scheduling a consultation with a board certified rhinoplasty specialist or ENT. They will be able to preform a physical examination and give you an accurate diagnosis as to what damage you did/didn't do to your nose.
