Hello and thanks for the question.  Standard acne products may be beneficial.  It will likely resolve without causing any nostril deformity.  I recommend seeing your surgeon to discuss further. 

There is no clear answer to this unfortunately.  It is possible the headaches are unrelated to your rhinoplasty so it would be a good idea to discuss them with your general practitioner.
