Will massage or pulling help alar retraction? (Photo)

Question

I can’t afford a second rhinoplasty and my surgeon wont do a revision. I am two years post op but you’d think I need rhinoplasty let alone had one. Would massaging/pulling on the nostril help? I also clearly have scarring inside that has hardened. Is there anything to help that after 2 years?

Typically massaging past the healing period won't have any effect and if the scar has hardened it might be some graft applied to the tip. If there is large scar tissue an alternative is the use of steroids + 5FU. Always look for board certified plastic surgeon and rhinoplasty specialist
