Hello I am 24 years old and I weigh 204lbs I am going in for liposuction next month and the doctor has recommend for me to get a tummy tuck with the liposuction. I have declined for I have not had kids yet and want to wait for a few years to do so. However no I am worried about having the loose skin and I wanted other opinions.
Answer: VASER HI DEF 4D LIPO / 360 Degree Sculpture / Body Contouring / HD Sculpting With Fat Transfer and Tummy Tuck / Mommy Makeover you are a candidate for body contouring, and you must see an expert. if you have loose skin, you will need skin removal to get an amazing outcome as liposuction alone will cause the skin to be more loose if you start with loose skin. also you should be at your ideal weight, so that the liposuction is for contouring. if you are overweight, you will just see a small reduction with liposuction you will not get a big improved contour. you really need to see a VASER hidef body sculpting expert who not only removes fat, but tightens skin, internally heats with devices like J Plasma, Inmode BodyTite, and ThermiRF, and removes fat if needed. Even transfers fat to areas like the breast and buttock to contour and shape the full body and even removes skin when necessary to get a really tight and flat look. I suggest not compromising your care for cost or distance, please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Candidate for Liposuction Hello, Thank you for your question. The best candidate for liposuction is a patient with isolated fatty deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise. Common areas of the body targeted by liposuction are the abdomen, belly, flanks, back, thighs, knees, ankles, upper arms, and neck. Patients should be at or near their ideal body weight and generally have good skin quality. Small degrees of skin laxity or sagging can be improved with liposuction, but true skin excess requires surgical excision in addition to liposuction. Unfortunately, not everyone is a good candidate for liposuction or body sculpting surgery. Patients that are considered obese with a BMI >30 are not candidates for liposuction. Board Certified Plastic Surgeons will require patients to have reached their ideal body weight before proceeding with body contouring or liposuction surgery.

Answer: Will I have loose skin after liposuction? Based on the photo, you would definitely benefit from both liposuction and full abdominoplasty. There is enough excess skin and fats to be removed and both surgeries will give you a better contour. However, it is usually not recommended to undergo surgical procedures especially on the abdominal area if the patient is planing to have a family. Pregnancy will make the body undergo changes which may render the surgery useless.

Answer: Loose skin after liposuction You already have some looseness of your skin. Liposuction alone will definitely make this worse. I would not recommend that for you, based on your photos. Gradual weight loss through non surgical means is likely to help the skin contract slowly rather than liposuction. You should return back to your surgeon to further discuss as loose skin is a very real possibility with your plan. Take carre
