Quite small but ugly beauty spot on my face, how can I possibly remove it using a home remedy?

Discuss the diagnosis and removal method with a dermatologist.  Do not attempt to remove it yourself.

Difficult to assess a spot without a photograph, but you should see your GP and he will be able to advice whether the spot needs removing.

A photo would have been helpful to evaluate further. I dont recommend any home remedies without consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon first. Excision would still be my 1st option/recommendation. Otherwise, laser or dermabrasion may also be options. Best of Luck!!
