How worries should I b they r scheduling surgery to cut it out but I'm so scared will it turn I to cancer or an I freaking for no reason?

Thank you for your question. A moderate to severe atypical mole means that there are a significant amount of abnormal cells in the mole, which requires excision of the entire mole to ensure the mole is gone. If the mole is left alone, then there is a higher chance that the mole can turn into something more such as cancer, which is why your doctor scheduled for you to have it removed.
