A moderate to severe atypical mole means that there are a significant amount of abnormal cells in the mole, which requires excision of the entire mole to ensure the mole is gone. If the mole is left alone, then there is a higher chance that the mole can turn into something more such as cancer, which is why your doctor scheduled for you to have it removed. Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to remove moles from the penis and the technique would be the same as mole removal from any other part of the body. The skin on that areas is thin, so care needs to be taken. Your surgeon could either shave the mole off or excise it.
I have no idea what was in the cream that you used, but obviously, it has caused a problem. I do not recommend using ANY mole removal cream. You might be messing up a skin cancer rather than a mole.Please see a dermatologist about your problem and don't use that cream again.
