I think my skin reacted badly to salicylic acid gel treatment. My skin looks irritated and red and there are rashes and blisters around my chin area. What would you recommend as a treatment?

There are a few phases of healing after a chemical peel burn. Once the skin has healed, there may be some pigmentation in the skin. If the pigmentation doesn't resolve on its own, you may need to begin topical therapy with skin lighteners. Our choice is the Melarase creams. Best, DR....
Thank you for your question. Make sure you stop peeling off skin if you are still doing this. Go back and see your provider for their advice on how to care for this. In the mean time you can try Aquaphor on the area to protect it while it heals. Best Wishes,Pablo Prichard
