I’m unhappy with my genioplasty results. What should I do? My surgeon refuses to revise it (Photo)

The images are not ideal; but if the swelling has improved at least 50% from surgery, it does appear that the chin does not 'blend' well into the more narrow jawline behind the chin - and therefore this emphasizes the 'fuller chin'. Firstly,ensure the swelling is resolved and bone surgery does take time to remodel (6 months). As to 'blending', one can artistically do this once healed with implant 'strips' or even filler if you want to see what it looks like first.
