Is a Hetters peel compatible with an outdoors lifestyle in a sunny country?

I'm planning a Hetters peel, but have some lingering concerns as I will be moving to Australia and living a very outdoors, sporty lifestyle. I understand I'll need to avoid the sun for several months after the procedure, and I always wear sunblock anyway, but will I always be sensitive to the sun? In the future, I want to be able to swim, cycle and run outdoors, and even early in the morning the UV is likely to be high there. Is the skin more fragile even after 9-12 months?

Hey there,Following Hetter's peel, complications can occur in high- risk groups such as: Type 3-6 skin; Any type of skin following intense sun exposure or use of photosensitizing agents such as NSAID’s, oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy; those at risk of cardiac arrhythmia's. 
  
Your peeled skin will usually return to its baseline status within 2-6 months: 
  
If you are not in the above mentioned high risk group 
  
Follow a proper pre and post treatment skin care with a depigmenting agent and tretinoin
  
Strictly avoid sun with a broad-spectrum sunscreen (UV A and UV B protection) before and after the peel indefinitely.
