I also have wrinkly palms and bottom of feet. Can a peel of some sort fix this? I’m now 36 and more self conscious about my forehead since it just makes me look old now! I don’t believe these are due to age so not looking to do Botox or anything similar. Thanks!
Answer: A chemical peel would help even out skin texture Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started. Answer: Wrinkles since childhood Since these have been present since childhood and not likely the typical dynamic wrinkles (wrinkles due to underlying muscle movments), I would take an approach that uses a chemical peel, combined with a fractional RF/laser treatment, as Botox/Botulinum toxin may not help that much with this problem. This approach would help with treating the wrinkles as well as building new collagen in the skin. Use of a retinol cream and a great moisturizer, like SkinMedica's HA5 would help to maintain your results. Most likely you will need maintenance treatments every 3-6 months.

Answer: Wrinkled & Rough Forehead Skin Botulinum toxins (Xeomin, Botox, Dysport) can help smooth the wrinkles, and resurfacing of the skin with laser or radio-frequency needling is also helpful. Keeping it well moisturized is also of great benefit. Skinceuticals triple-lipid is non-comedogenic and restorative in addition to being a great moisturizer. Best regards.
