I've been losing hair since I was about 26 and I'm now 29 losing about 20 hairs on every shower. I'm been disguising the hair loss by keeping the hair short & gelled down on the sides whilst letting the hair at the top grow into the inches. Id like a hair transplant but I'm concerned about the procedure causing hairloss through damage to my existing hairs, and I wouldn't want to end back up at square one. Would I need to wait until I have more scarce areas before I consider a transplant?
