Always check with your doctor if you are planning to use drugs or supplements after surgery.  It may not damage the grafts but you should keep your doctor in the loop.

You can do what you wish at 2 weeks as the grafts are stable and diet should not impact the growth. I generally don't like the use of steroids orally as this may contribute to hair loss. Clenbluterol is a steroid.

The grafts usually take after 7 days and patient can return to their normal routine activities within one week to 10days.  As for any medications, the only medications that we recommend to stop for a week is aspirin, omega 3, fish oil and Minoxidil, as these will increase bleeding during the procedure.  They can start taking them 2 days after the procedure.
