Fix big diaper booty with liposuction

I had lipo on my upper thighs, just under my butt. Little did I know that I would end up with a saggy, square butt. To correct this, I wish to have liposuction on the bottom bits of my butt cheeks right in the middle with hopes of lifting my crease & give a round appearance. I also wish to have lipo at the top of my butt to give the illusion of a short butt and a longer torso. I have used photoshop to illustrate the results I hope to achieve. Is this possible without causing more problems?
