Can you use a family member hairs like a brother for example to implant on your own head? A clinic abroad has said this is possible

You can not use donor hairs from family members since your follicles will reject the grafts.  The only exception is genetically identical twins.

Hair follicles are an organ that requires a blood supply. This means you will reject hair from a donor unless it is genetically matched to you such as an identical twin.
