Making the face more feminine? A rhinoplasty with hairline lowering and brow adjustme would give you a much more feminine the parents. The hairline would have hair grow through the incision which is a procedure we developed more than 35 years ago. In this way the scar is not seen because hair is growingthrough it and not behind it. Removal of your nasal hump and tip refinement etc. will also create a softer appearance.. Make sure you see the specialist who is skilled in these procedures. Brow shaping would also give you a more feminine appearance.

  Hi, based upon the attached photos it's the flat cheeks anteriorly (in the front) that make your face appear elongated and a bit "less feminine".  Cheek augmentation using a dermal filler (I prefer Perlane) or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement can shape the cheeks into ones that are more full and round anteriorly thereby feminizing the entire face.  Hope this helps.
