I have been told a lot that I have quite a masculine face. I'm really unhappy with my features but unsure how to proceed to make them appear softer and more feminine?

You have very minimal hollow wing of your upper lids. The bone does not need to be shaved whatsoever. You need nothing at the present time as you would be taking too much risk for such a minimal slight improvement. Wait until you are much older before having something done.
