I noticed that i have 3 ridges on my scalp and I'm 100% sure it wasnt there before my hair transplant. Its now 5 months post op and they appeared around 3 weeks post op. What caused this? Will it get worse? What can i do to remove them besides scalp reduction surgery?

The hair transplant without fat injections should be enough provided there is not inflammation in the scar tissue. Your doctor can determine this. You may require a 2nd transplant to get the density of hair that you wish.
The transplanted hair should look like the hair in the back of the head. If you have red marks on the recipient area, go back to speak with your doctor
