Question

My concerns about my mole is that I noticed it’s a very sensitive on one side (see the pic.) if I press its hurts more. But if I don’t touch I still feel something is hurting - light pain on that side/area. It’s not even comfortable to sleep on that side (left) feels like something is pressing on something. And also when I sit down. Pain comes and goes. Probably the way I sit/lay or something. My mole is under my breast. Sometimes I put plaster on it so my bra can’t ‘scratch’ the mole off.

It is hard to see the area in the picture provided.  The mole next to the area you circled is out of focus, but it should be evaluated by a medical professional.  Normally moles do not hurt.  The mole's color does not look uniform in nature and seems to have dark areas.  Any mole that has multiple colors in it and is sensitive to the touch should be screened for skin cancer.  Has the mole been growing in size?  Is it the size of a pencil eraser or larger?  See your doctor as soon as possible.
