2 1/2 weeks post op mole removal on my toe. Is the excision healing properly? (photos)

I had a mole excision on my toe with a full thickness skin graft performed 2 1/2 weeks ago. It still is very swollen and tender. I am starting to get worried about infection. I have an appointment with my Dr. but can't get in for another week. Just wondering if this look like a normal healing for this procedure. Thank you in advance for you input.

The mole on you upper lip appears raised.  Raised moles can normally be shaved off leaving a minimal scar.  The darker mole on your lower lip appears flat.  This would most likely need to be excised, but could still be done with minimal scarring.  In both instances, any scar should be less not...

This should be fine. I recommend Silagen + Bioshield to promote healing. Any scarring can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
