Any removal methods will be considered. Trying to avoid a notch in eye and permanent eyelash loss.

I would recommend an in person consultation with a board certified specialist who is an expert in oculoplastic surgery and laser surgery.  This is a difficult area and appropriate precautions need to be taken to protect the eye and prevent eye damage.

As long as an internal eye shield is placed and laser precautions taken - using an erbium laser to treat your lesion is a definite possibility. Its a little tricky and make sure you see someone that knows what they are doing
