Any removal methods will be considered. Trying to avoid a notch in eye and permanent eyelash loss.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. This can be removed again with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist for a formal evaluation and after care recommendations. I recommend Silagen + Bioshield to promote healing. Any scarring can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

The mole on you upper lip appears raised.  Raised moles can normally be shaved off leaving a minimal scar.  The darker mole on your lower lip appears flat.  This would most likely need to be excised, but could still be done with minimal scarring.  In both instances, any scar should be less not...
