I had fat transfer to the buttocks almost 3 months ago now. I have a dent and these lines/grooves on my butt that were not there before the sugery. My ps said he couldn't see the issues and ignored them, but I havr taken a picture and it looks fairly evident. The issues look worse when I clench my butt. How do I go about sorting this issue? Is it from where the cannulas were inserted, do I massage them to smooth them out?
