I'm 2 weeks post op breast augmentation, 300cc under the muscle silicone ultra high profile. Attached are pictures, one breast appears larger, at what stage should I be worried about asymmetry? I should add I have no significant bruising or pain so I don't think it's hematoma or other problem like that. My surgeon is far away so I can't see him but have updated him via email. Also, I don't have much of a cleavage, is it likely to improve when my breasts drop & fluff?

Answer: Asymmetry Hi, thanks for your question.I would firstly say that you are still very early on in your breast implant recovery and asymmetry is very normal at this stage as your breasts will heal at different rates. I like to say that your breasts are sisters not twins so you can't expect them to react in the same way. It does look that there may still be swelling present but nothing more serious than that. I would leave them to settle for a bit longer before you are able to see the final result.Wishing you all the best with the rest of your recovery.

Answer: Healing after #breast augmentation Hi Lipsy. Congrats on your #BA - you look great. You are only 2 weeks after your surgery so a lot of settling to do. It will take 3 to 6 months for complete healing. You appear to have quite a wide breast bone(sternum) which cannot be altered by surgery. I think you will have a wonderful result so just look after yourself and follow your surgeon's instructions. Good luck
