I am a week and a half post op now. I started at a small A cup and got 900cc saline implants. They are still very high. My concern is my armpit fat, it has always been very fat and I've always hated it! I was hoping my breast augmentation might somehow remedy the situation, however, it is still VERY noticeable and I hate it! My question is, once my implants drop, will it be less noticeable? Or will I need surgery? I want it gone! I know it's best to talk to my surgeon, but he's out of town
