7 weeks post op concerned about the position of my breast implant, 400cc motiva ergonomix?

Hello.I had my breast augmentation 7weeks ago.400cc motiva ergonomix.They were settleing a little bit differently from first day.I know it is normal.But still concerned.My left breast is a bit higher than my right one.And looks smaller.My doctor says i should massage it down(left breast) and if it stays the same after 3months- i should get revision.Does it not take more than 3months to settle for breast?Thank you!
