7 weeks post op concerned about the position of my breast implant, 400cc motiva ergonomix?

After a breast augmentation is not that uncommon to find some degree of assymetry mainly because inflammation (swelling) may not be even in both sides, this may be due to several factors including technique, manipulation and body response. Also remember that usually breast are not symmetrical and it appears by your pictures that your left inframmamary fold is a little bit higher than the right one and your doctor planned the incisions at the same level (which is good), your surgery is still very recent and I would recommend you to wait at least 6 months before thinking in having a review surgery. There´s a good chance that the implant will settle in time. Be sure to follow all the instructions given by your plastic surgeon.

Hi thank you for your question. Its still early in the healing process. There might be many reasons for your concerns, for instance whether there was any asymmetry between the 2 sides before your surgery - if so these might be exaggerated or more noticeable after your surgery.From what I can see you appear to be healing well and the implants will settle over time - hopefully becoming more even. If you continue to be concerned though keep in touch with your surgeon for ongoing advice and reassurance.Best wishes
