10 days post op, was a 32A cup before BA and got a 350cc Motiva progressive gel round implants, subfascial. When will they drop?

 The look pretty high and feel pretty hard, are they going to drop and fluff more? Plus I dont think ther symmetric.

It's difficult to determine the root cause of a problem without seeing you in person, but it's quite possibly a double bubble. It could be helped by wearing an elastic band on the upper pole of your breast which is something you would need to ask your surgeon about.
