After surgery 1 nipple was higher than the other & the scar wasn't in the crease on the one side. I had Motiva round velvet surface plus 350cc course. I'm a 32DD currently. My new surgeon has recommended 450cc while doing scar revision surgery. Looking into Motiva, they don't do 450cc in the course ones but they do in the full, confused now as I wanted the same implants back in just a bigger size. Is there much difference in the full & the course? I don't want to agree to the full if there's not much difference
