Answer: 4 months post op In order to have good results you need to remove all the scabs and clear the scalp. The easıest way to do this is during shower massage your head.

Answer: 4800 grafts yes, it appears that you have excellent coverage. I would have put more grafts to the rear. I also would worry about your donor area and if it will become see-through
