It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor

In order to have good results you need to remove all the scabs and clear the scalp. The easıest way to do this is during shower massage your head.

Looks like decent coverage, but time will tell.  A more close up photo would be helpful because this one doesn't show the surface very well.

yes, it appears that you have excellent coverage. I would have put more grafts to the rear. I also would worry about your donor area and if it will become see-through
