My jawline is going south. My mother is very jowly, so I know what's ahead of me! I want to find the right treatment to help with it. I'm slim. I've had chin filler, which helped, and cheek filler, which didnt. I'm using a face cream with Progeline. Right now I'm considering either Soft Threads, or Kybella. Or an alternative treatment if there is one!

Answer: Thread lift Threads are a great way to help lift and decrease the appearance of the jowls. They are very easy to place and the results are instant. You will notice even more improvement over the following 4-8 weeks as the collagen is built

Answer: Jowl contour improvement The answer is in both the underlying bone support (important for long term esthetics) and the overlying 'sag' of the soft tissue. Dependent upon the 'reason' for the contour change, one can either build up the jawline subtly and artistically with implant strips along the jawline (filler attempts to do the same but less defined). Alternatively, a minifacelift will 'tighten' the soft tissue so the drape improves.
