Is it normal to be in so much pain after taking my faja off?

MishaM86
I'm  29 days post op!I have had a tummy tuck and lipo I was told I needed to wear the compression garment which is also known as a faja for 3 months. However doctors told me I needed to take it off 2 hours every day, my problem now is that when I do take it off I cannot go the full 2 hours without me putting it back on because I am in so much pain my back has this burning sensation and my stomach muscles are swelling and feels like they’re tightening up... is this normal and how long is this expected to last.
