Hello, Thank you for your question. Actually I do not recommend smoking anytime because it prevent hairs to get enough oxygen. But especially you should not smoke any tobacco products before 3rd month.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen. Smoking in general is bad for you.  Smoking will not likely impact your overall surgical results.

At 2 months you can do whatever you want as this will not impact the graft growth which should be firmly secure in their new home
