It has been over 2 months now and I have started smoking shisha(hookha). Is it a wise thing to do or not,does it affect the transplanted hair's growth in any way?

If there is bleeding, then it is possible some grafts may have been dislodged, but not necessarily. It is very hard to know from the photo. I would recommend to return to your surgeon for an evaluation.
