I had all of the above done and I thought this was supposed to help my breathing but I can't breathe through my nose yet 100%. My R nostril had the turb. reduct. and I can breath well in the R side but not so good in my L. If i tried to breathe through my nose, i do it very slowly because i'm not getting a good air flow on the L side. It's not congestion b.c I used Afrin and doesn't help. Is it swelling on my L nostril? will it improve? I'm worried. I want to able to breathe well!
