I’m 29 and looking to make small improvements to my skin and features to keep my youthful appearance. I’ve always wanted to get rid of my hooded eyes and while doing research recently discovered there are several different options for this. I also have a lot of texture on my face and I’m starting to get wrinkles so I’m looking for a more long term treatment to help. I read a brow lift might help with both. Botox does not interest me.
Answer: Browlift Your brow is already very high. I would not recommend lifting it any higher. You have minimal or no hooding so I would not do a bleph at this point. Can't really see the texture of your forehead, but if you have some lines, consider Botox or laser.

Answer: Will a browlift help hooded eyes and wrinkles on forehead? You do have some hooding laterally which could be helped by browlift, but overall your brow is in good position, and an upper lid blepharoplasty could be a better option, or possibly combined with browlift. You have a youthful appearance, and I would be cautious about doing too much. The forehead wrinkles would not be improved by a browlift. Botox can help them considerably.

Answer: Browlifting and Forehead Wrinkles In general, surgery will not "lift out" wrinkles. Lifting procedures like browlifts and facelifts are intended to take tissue that has descended and put it back into its youthful position. Wrinkles are a quality of the skin itself and are best treated with resurfacing procedures. The great news is that you have a really nice brow position, and in my opinion they do not need to be lifted. If you are interested in addressing the fine wrinkling, texture changes, and pigment irregularities of the skin than resurfacing is the better way to go. There are lots of options available to resurface, but at your age, and with your concerns, you would likely do well with medium depth peeling. Other options are light laser resurfacing or simply starting a medical grade skin care regimen. Regarding the eyelids, it is hard to tell from the photos, but you do not appear to have excess eyelid skin. This would certainly be easier to evaluate in person. I would recommend having a consultation with a surgeon to discuss the options in more detail and find a treatment that will help you achieve your goals within your acceptable risk/downtime/etc. I hope this helped, good luck!!
