Hello,Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, a necklift will give you the best result for your neck. Regarding your eyes, a lower blepharoplasty with possible muscle resuspension may be necessary pending an in-person exam. This can be done wide awake using local anesthesia and oral medications to help you relax. Patients do incredibly well with this and it avoids the side effects of general anesthesia. Mark G. Thanks for your question! Although there is some soft tissue laxity and excess that will improve with blepharoplasty and facelift, in my opinion the volume loss is what is contributing significantly to an aged appearance. If the hollowing in the cheekbone area, lips, and other areas is not addressed, you would be missing an opportunity to restore youthful volume. I am in the Charlotte area and would look forward to going into more detail for you with a consult.
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hello, hope you are well. You may want to consider upper and lower blepharoplasty to address the aging eyelids, and facelift, neck lift, and lip lift to address soft tissue laxity of the lower 2/3rds of the face and neck. Finally, there are fine rhytids (wrinkles), especially around your mouth that can be treated with laser resurfacing. I am not located in Charlotte, but our office offers virtual consultations and as a destination practice, The Spiegel Center is experienced in working with patients travelling from out-of-state and internationally. Cheers!Best,Dr. Tower
You seem to be good candidate for facial rejuvenation. This can be accomplushed through a series of procedures that include face/neck lift, upper and lower eyelid surgery, facial fat grafts. These procedures can be done all in the same setting or can be divided and done based on your preference and your surgeon's suggestion. In person cponsultation or a teleconference with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputatition in facial rejuvenation, is recommended. Good luck.
After looking at all the photos, it looked to me that your greatest problem is in the under eye area where, unfortunately, you have very prominent festoons. The treatment of this is quite complex and, in my opinion, is best treated by an oculofacial plastic surgeon highly experienced in this problem. Separately, I would recommend a Weekend Face and Neck Lift and possibly a Hetter Peel too. I don't know if there's doctors in your area which specialize in these procedures. Good luck!
From the photographs presented, you show the normal signs of aging in your neck and jowls for which a lower face and neck lift is going to be required. In our practice, the goal of a lower face and neck lift is to tighten loose facial and neck skin, tighten loose facial and neck muscles, lift the jowls, and remove the fat deposits in the neck above and below the platysma muscle which also includes a platysma-plasty to significantly improve your jawline. Regarding your lower lids, you have Festoons and a lower blepharoplasty procedure is not going to help with that. You have excess skin on your upper lids, and an upper blepharoplasty can accomplish a Nice improvement. Study your prospective surgeon's eyelid and facelift photo Gallery to make sure that it is extensive with results that you like.
Great series of posted photos. You need many different areas addressed. But you specifically asked about neck/face and lower eye lids. Just those areas , in my opinion, need full face/neck lift with SMAS plication + lower lid blepharoplasty (external redrape approach). Fee $15,000++. Other areas are upper lids, skin resurfacing, fillers or fat grafting to areas face. Best to virtual consult with.......
Given the previous PDO thread lift you had done two months ago, it's essential to allow sufficient time for proper healing and tissue stabilization before proceeding with a Deep Neck Lift. The exact waiting period can vary depending on your individual healing process and the specific techniques...
Ten months after a neck lift procedure, some degree of discoloration and scarring is still possible and can be considered normal in many cases. However, the extent of scarring and discoloration can vary greatly from person to person. It's important to keep in mind that the healing process can...
A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and c...
