Can I take a hot bath after Coolsculpt?

i had Coolsculpt today, can I get into a hot tub or take a hot bath?

I think a bath sounds lovely after Coolsculpting.  You've been positioned for one hour and you may have some achy muscles so go ahead and enjoy!  It won't affect your treatment results.

You certainly can take a bath after your treatment - hot, cold or just comfortable, your choice. The treatment is completed but it will take a couple of months for you to appreciate the results.

There are no specific restrictions after CoolSculpting. If you have a little bruising you could make this worse by exercising, taking certain medications such as Advil, or soaking in a hot tub. I suggest waiting as you are no inflamed and can only make this worse.  However, the hot tub may improve the results (see my article in cosmetic surgery times).
