How do you get gas on top of the pain after getting Coolsculpting treatment???

Question

I notice with dealing with the burning, stangy sharp pains, and cramps. But where do the gas bubbles come from. I feel them all through my stomach trying to pass. They are actually causing more pain.

Thank you for your question. Contact the clinic where you received the treatment and discuss your symptoms, the doctor may prescribe a medication to assist in relieving discomfort while you are healing. It is unlikely that gas pain and CoolSculpting are related. Sincerely Yours,

So sorry to hear that you are having that much pain.After I had Coolsculpting, I used heating pads and Spanx for compression and the pain never came.  Try those first.If not, ask your practitioner for a prescription for neurontin... that helps with the nerve pain.Thankfully, the pain is self-limited and usually doesn't last more than 2 weeks.The gas pain probably does not have anything to do with the CoolsculptingBest of luck!

coolsculpting selectively freezes fat cells to induce programmed cell death. A small percentage of patients experience a higher degree of discomfort than usual. Taking analgesics and using a heating pad can help. As for the gas- this has nothing to do with the procedure.
