This is why it is so important to go to an experienced Coolsculpting person.  But all is not lost, you just need to treat the areas around the divits to smooth them out.

Based on your pictures and the number of applicators your uneven results are probably because you did not have enough applicators used and they were not appropriately placed to give you the optimal result. This is why it is important to find a provider that does a lot of CoolSculpting treatments. I recommend waiting at least 3 months before re-treating the same area. You can have other areas treated whenever you'd like. Best of luck to you.

I see this often, irregular appearance after coolsculpting that needs properly performed liposuction to fix.  I suggest seeing a body contouring specialist and having liposuction and forget more non invasive options.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It can take 3-4 months to see the full effect from the CoolSculpting treatment to your abdomen.  I would recommend waiting at least 2 months after your first treatment before having a second one performed.  While there would be no harm in having another treatment done a month after the first, it may be better to wait for the 2 month mark to have a better idea of your results.  CoolSculpting is performed by different professionals at different offices.  In some offices, the physician may perform the treatment, while in others it may be a nurse, medical assistant, or another designated individual.  If the individual is trained well, the treatment should be performed correctly.  I am not sure who performed your particular procedure, but if you have a concern and prefer a physician to perform your treatment you could seek out an office where that is done.  

It is however not without limitations. Yes another treatment can be done now. In my opinion you will see an improvement as the tissue treated matures. This may take 6-10 months. 

Most patients require several coolsculpting cycles to get the results they want.  The benefit of coolsculpting in 2015 is the variety of applicators available.  Return to your physician for evaluation.  It is likely that the area can be made more even with additional coolsculpting treatments of surrounding or overlapping areas.  Alternatively, if the uneveness is from lax skin rather than fat, or a combination of lax skin and fat, treatment with Thermage or Liposonix respectively may help.
