Are my teeth beyond saving? A piece of my tooth or maybe build up fell out recently. (Photo)

I have been homeless on and off for a few years which is when my teeth started taking a turn for the worse, I drink soda (mostly diet) and I haven't been to a dentist in 10years. I am wondering if my teeth are save able and around how much it would cost.
