Will Ohio Medicaid pay for me to get my teeth fixed?

I'm 27 years old and my canine tooth is decaying and chipped. There's no doubt I have many cavities. I haven't been to a dentist in years. As a child, i was molested by my dentist. So the sounds and smells of a dentist's office send me into flashbacks and panic attacks. Could I get anesthesia for cleaning and any work they'd need to do and would it be covered by medicaid. The reason why I'm willing to do this now is because my tooth is beginning to really hurt.
