I just found out one of my molars on the bottom row chipped off when i was checking my teeth at the mirror. It’s just a tiny piece of my molar chipped off. There is no pain when i eat or drink. Should i go to the dentist and check it out or will it cause any further damage in the future if i don’t get it fixed? The blue circle in the picture is the area where the tiny piece of my molar chipped off.
