Cutis verticis gyrata? Would fillers or fat injections improve this condition?

In March due to COVID-19 I shaved my head because the barbers were closed and noticed that I have some folds and indentations on my scalp and did a research and found out about the cvg. In my case is not that severe like the google images shows but I would like to have this treated and unfortunately there isn’t much to do about this. Excision of the folds is not an option yet due to the scarring left is not a good trade off. Would fillers or Fat injections improve this condition?

It is calcium based so I am assuming it is the same as Radiesse by Merz in the USA. I am not familiar with that brand name.
