fillers can contour your face nicely. you should also do at home dermarolling and peels like cosmlean/enlighten (see link).

For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include:

1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face
2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping.
3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender
4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined

5. deep microneelding RF like morpheus every 2-3 months forever to further improvement tightening
6. early face/neck lift if you want a really tight contour and the most extreme improvement in jawline and neck shaping
7. threads, PDO or Instalift, after neck surgery/facetite to further improve the outcomes and give them long term collagen production and shaping
8. Thermage (radio frequency heating) and Ultherapy (ultrasound muscle tightening) yearly to prevent sagging in the future

Fillers to the lateral portion of your cheeks, along your cheekbone will improve you facial structure and draw the eye towards you eyes. It can also help to lessen the shadows of the folds from your nose to the corner of your mouth. You could also have filler done to the apple of your cheek and or the hollows underneath your eyes.

It may sound counterintuitive but filler can actually bring definition to the face and cause a slenderizing effect and lift. Carefully discuss your concerns during a consultation with and injector who will map out for you what to expect. I would recommend a hyaluronic acid filler for your first time since it can be removed.

It is difficult to tell from the photo provided, but you may be a good candidate for facial fillers. Different HA products can be used in targeted areas to help contour the face, improve symmetry, and fill areas of lost volume. Visit with an expert injector in your area to discuss your concerns.

It is difficult to judge the balance of your face from the small zoomed in photo an the angle is a little tough as well. However, it looks like you have volume down low but not higher in cheek. A good filler, well placed, can pull this up and actually take advantage of that lower volume.
