It can also help to lessen the shadows of the folds from your nose to the corner of your mouth. You could also have filler done to the apple of your cheek and or the hollows underneath your eyes.

Answer: Chubby lower cheeks, add more up top It is difficult to judge the balance of your face from the small zoomed in photo an the angle is a little tough as well. However, it looks like you have volume down low but not higher in cheek. A good filler, well placed, can pull this up and actually take advantage of that lower volume.
