I've been rejected by two injectors for tear trough fillers. What can I do? (Photo)

I've been rejected by 2 injectors for filler in tear trough area. Both say that filler won't help the issue. I put arrows in the picture pointing to what area concerns me--which is a deep crease in the inner corner of my eyes. I have heavy concealer on in this picture. I see several pictures on here with people with a similar issue getting this area filled; I don't know what I'm missing here or what can be done. The creases make me look tired & I think got more pronounced after my rhinoplasty.
