Microneedling and Hyaluronic acid. Should I use hyaluronic acid during the procedure or after?

I have been seeing a lot of comments saying that the best thing to use with microneedling is Hyaluronic acid. Should I use it during my procedure of microneedling as I do it or only after the procedure? I didn't understand how should I use both of them together and if it should be used at the same time.
