Can montgomery glands be improved by microneedling or retinoids?

I have prominent montgomery glands on one areolea, and surgery is not an option for me. I think the skin is a bit stretched out or scarred around them because I used to squeeze them. Would microneedling or any topicals like tretinoin decrease their appearance or smooth the wrinkled skin around them?

Radiofrequency Microneedling is a great option for improving skin tone and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, unfortunately it will not eliminate the your linea nigra. Lightening creams may be helpful along with avoiding sun to prevent further darkening.

No it doesnt it only helps the texture, pores, and oil production. dermarolling is better (see link) and at home peels does more for wrinkles at home than stamping. Best, Dr. Emer.
