Burns need a combination of:
1) healing lasers and light such as aerolase or laser genesis and LED therapy with light stim
2) topical growth factors, stem cells, antioxidants
3) oxygen facials
4) platelet rich plasma and A cell topically
5) sun protection
6) vascular lasers for redness such as venus versa IPL, excel V KTP, and pulsed dye laser/VBeam
After 6-12 weeks you can treat for hyperpigmentation with cosmelan peels, hydroquinone, retinol or non ablative lasers like clear and brilliant or radiofrequency like venus viva.

Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment. What you have right now is redness and a little bit of inflammation, which should go away within a few days. Next time don't go as hard, but otherwise it is actually okay to do Microneedling once a week if administered properly.

Thank you for your question. It is hard to tell but the skin does look irritated and inflamed. Make sure you are keeping it moist during the healing process and do NOT get any sun on this area. Hopefully there is no permanent damage but only time will tell. Hope this helps!
